What is your returns procedure?

• It is your responsibility to contact our customer service Department on 0808 164 3211 to advise of your intention to return or exchange any item(s) within 14 calendar days of receipt and to Receive details on how to return your items.

• After 14 day, it is solely within our discretion if a return or exchange will be accepted.  Please contact our customer care team on the number above or email customerservices@weldricks.co.uk. Once we have approved a return then all items must be received no later than 14 days from approval. Our tracked returns service can be used to return your parcel free of charge.
